Clinically proven venous insufficiency, especially of great and/or small saphenous veins, confirmed in additional examinations (Doppler ultrasound)
Contraindication
– Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and deep veins obstruction/occlusion
– lack of patient permission
– pregnancy
– acute contagious diseases
– acute arterial ischemia of lower limbs
– severe lymphedema
– bleeding diathesis
– allergy to oblitering agent
– localised infection
